1. Clay sculpture is ready for making the mold. The mold is the negative of the sculpture. The clay at this stage is leather-hard but it is not dry.

2. The mold is made of 2 parts: plaster at the outside and rubber mold inside.

Melted wax is poured into the mold. After cooling and hardening of the wax the mold is opened and the wax sculpture is ready for work
4.the sculpture is taken to the wax room for working over. If some changes are needed – this is the right time to do so. Working with wax is done with heated tools. At the ens some wax pipes are added and the sculpture is moved to the ceramic room

5. The wax sculpture is dipped in special ceramic mixture daily and dries on a shelf.

6. after two weeks, the ceramic layer is thick and ready. Now the sculptures go to the melting kiln where they are put upside down

7. Firing the kiln causes the wax to melt and pour into a collecting container for recycling.

The melted wax "disappeared "and the mold is ready now for the Bronze. This procedure is called "lost wax"

8. Bronze casting

After cooling the mold must break and the bronze sculpture uncovers

9. Now the bronze sculpture needs sand-cleaning
 |
| 10. Final stage- the patina.
The sculpture is heated and smeared with the chemicals until getting the desired color
.
